In Mike Shew's biography he brings over 25 years of experience in operations management, including education, workforce development, marketing, social media, new business development, strategic planning, public relations, sales trainer, P&L responsibility project (CAPM from University of Central Missouri) and leadership development. Mr. Shew is proficient in linking operational and financial management activities to the mission, strategy, and tactical planning. He attended numerous management corporate training programs (Lean Sigma for HealthCare Executives from Missouri Enterprise), a published author, instructed "Parachute into your Next Position" at the Missouri Career Centers. Mr. Shew completed graduate school at Northwest Missouri State University including his research paper which led to a Campus Director position at Wright Career College.
